We are Gem State Equity. We are local to the Magic Valley. We buy and sell real estate throughout all of Southern Idaho. We are currently looking for inventory and would love to make you an offer on your home. We specialize in fix and flips and remodels. We are also branching out into multi-family apartment renovations and development through partnerships.

We buy properties as is and deal directly with owners.
What are we looking for?
We are not a huge corporate company that can afford to buy every house on the block. We are local to the Magic Valley and we know this market well. What we are looking for are homes that may need a bit of work, but the owner simply can't or wishes not to put in the time and money to rehab. We put our team and capital to work, fixing up the home for another local resident to purchase or rent. The owner sells their home for a profit, and we create equity in the process. A win-win for both parties. As the single family home market shifts, we adapt. We are currently engaged in some apartment renovations as well as partnering on new construction multifamily development.
